Shortly after you make a purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped from our warehouse. If you don't receive the confirmation email, chances are that you input your email incorrectly!
We try our best to get orders that are purchased before 11:45 AM PST shipped out the same day, but depending on a few factors, it might take until the next day business day to be shipped.
